Easier way for salons, clinics and parlours to take bookings

Easier way for salons, clinics and parlours to take bookings

A new tool that simplifies the way that hair salons, spa operators, tattoo parlours, tanning studios and nail bars can take bookings from customers has been developed by event booking specialists Tyg Tickets.

Called Appointment Manager, it is a seamless online booking system for customers of all types of beauty and wellness providers.

Customers can make their bookings on a mobile or other device and are given real-time availability of people, spaces and equipment, making it easier for them. The system simplifies the management of appointments and resources, making scheduling more efficient for both staff and customers.

It is offered by Tyg Tickets, based in Cumbria, who are market-leading providers of ticketing systems for events, theme parks, attractions, farm parks and art and culture venues.

Appointment Manager, which operates through a cloud-based platform, was developed by Jeff Alcock, Systems Architect and Director of Hysoft, who developed Tyg Tickets and other systems along with Maureen Huck, Operations Manager.

Said Maureen: “When Jeff and I started to research booking systems available, we found they had subscriptions, hidden fees or restrictions on the number of users. I worked with Jeff to produce a pay-as-you-go model that is clear and user-friendly for customers.”

Appointment Manager offers a straightforward and user-friendly diary that displays the availability of people, spaces, and equipment within a business. It can be seen working here: https://thelounge.tygit.com/shop-window. Details and links to request a demo can be found here: Tyg Tickets.
