Clarke Willmott adds to growing construction team

National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has appointed a new partner to its growing construction team.


James Badger, who has worked in the construction law industry for 15 years, is an expert in construction contracts and covers a wide range of sectors from education and retail to residential and healthcare.

James is experienced in delivering construction contracts for Court of Protection clients as well as for bespoke builds and refurbishment works and frequently acts for developers on multi-million pound schemes and tenants requiring fit out contracts.

James said: “I am delighted to be joining Clarke Willmott’s construction team. The team has a stellar reputation and delivers great work for its clients. My experience in the industry is varied, ranging from sectors such as education, entertainment, commercial, retail and healthcare through to housebuilder and Court of Protection work.
