National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has added a new partner to its commercial property team in Bristol.
Sarah Mogford advises landlords and tenants across a range of sectors on all areas of commercial property law. She regularly acts for UK and US corporate occupiers taking office space, primarily in London, and also for tenants in the retail and hospitality sector across the UK.

Sarah acts for a number of landlords including investment funds and family offices in relation to assets such as office buildings, retail parks and student accommodation and has a wealth of experience drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts, leases, core estate management documentation, certificates of title and more bespoke arrangements such as serviced office agreements.
She joins Clarke Willmott from Lewis Silkin in Cardiff.
