Osborne Clarke advises shareholders of Silent Sentinel on acquisition by Motorola

Bristol-based lawyers at international legal practice Osborne Clarke have advised the shareholders of Silent Sentinel, a specialist manufacturer of short to long range thermal cameras, HD and 4K visible cameras and ultra-low light cameras, on its acquisition by American electronics manufacturer Motorola.


UK-based Silent Sentinel design, manufacture, and supply specialised cameras intended for use in extreme environments associated with military, aviation, maritime and critical infrastructure. Its advanced market-leading security systems are predominantly targeted at the Homeland Security market.

This acquisition is a further addition to Motorola's security camera portfolio and strengthens its position as a global leader in security technology.
